Landon Jensen, with Pearl Exterior Cleaning LLC did a clean-up my parent’s house in the area before the Fall months, my Mother wanted to make sure her gutters were clear before the rain hits this month. We highly recommend Landon his professionalism, attention to detail, effective cleaning, fair pricing, customer service, respect for property, before and after drone pictures, thorough clean up after the job, and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction was above anything we expected. Thank you Landon for helping us stay on top of the Fall clean up, we will definitely be using your services in the future and recommending you to everyone we know!

Pearl went above and beyond and did an amazing job at cleaning my roof and gutters. Landon, the owner, personally did the work. He's very tech-savvy and uses drones to ensure an accurate estimate. And then again, uses them to document progress and the final result. The work was thorough, he was reliable, on time, and did a great job explaining the process. I will definitely use Pearl Exterior Cleaning in the future.

Pearl Exterior Cleaning did an amazing job on my fence! All the stains and dirt are gone. Looks like new, no splinters or lines. Very Professional!

I recently hired Pearl Exterior Cleaning for a roof cleaning on my Airbnb, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Landon, an old family friend I hadn’t seen in years, reached out after driving by my property several times and realizing I owned the Airbnb. He offered to clean the roof and apply a protective coating to kill all organics. What stood out was the prompt service, Landon completed the job the very next day. His pricing was fair and transparent, and the workmanship was exceptional; the roof looks great, and the protective coating was applied thoroughly to prevent future growth. The cleanup and overall professionalism were top-notch, with the property left tidy and free of mess or debris. It felt refreshing to work with someone I know and trust who still conducts themselves professionally. I would highly recommend Pearl Exterior Cleaning to anyone needing roof cleaning. If you’re looking for reliable, high-quality service at a fair price, Landon and his team are a great choice.

Landon does a very thorough and thoughtful job of cleaning our unique metal roof. He informed us of how he would care for our roof, and kept us informed throughout the process and thoroughly cleaned up afterward. He is also a nice guy. Because of our positive experience we are having Landon and Pearl Exterior Cleaning back to do all our windows. Highly recommended!

We would highly recommend this company. Landon was quick to get us an estimate for our roof moss removal. He was very thorough in explaining what needed to be done. He showed up as promised and on time. We were very pleased with the outcome and new look it gave our roof.

He gave an honest bid, and did a great job! Whoever painted my house a few years ago put a very thin layer of paint on it. Landon was very honest when he started to see signs that that paint was coming off and asked me what I wanted to do with the situation. Understanding that it had nothing to do with him his product, or his methods, I asked him to continue to finish the house which he did. I am thankful for that! So he handled a very unusual situation with respect and honesty, and I would highly recommend anyone using him again!

Landon did a great job cleaning my roof and driveway on August 8th. A month later the driveway still looks 10 times better than it would if I had washed it myself. I will be using him again for the roof moss in the future and to clean my back porch.

Pearl Exterior Cleaning sets the bar high in this industry. Their professionalism is unmatched, and the quality of their work speaks for itself. From start to finish, they pay attention to every detail—making sure the job is done right and that the cleanup is spotless. It’s rare to find a company that delivers both exceptional results and top-notch customer service, but Pearl Exterior Cleaning does exactly that. I would confidently recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality exterior cleaning.

Incredible work. very flexible with timing and excellent communication. really improved overall look of our home.

I called for service due to rain gutters not draining properly during a recent storm. On one side the water was overflowing out the gutter. Two drains were found to have rusted and corroded screens causing a blockage and the area where the water was overflowing, the gutter itself had come loose from the house. Landon had the parts to replace screens and tightened down the gutters where they were coming loose from the house. Good communication while here and quick response to my request for service.
